Update your name, avatar, email, and notification preferences.
Your account settings live at /account/settings. The page is organised into numbered sections.
01 — Profile
Editable fields:
- Name — shown to organisers on your orders
- Avatar — upload an image
- Job roles — tags describing what you do (useful for community features)
- Genre tags — music/event genres you care about
Changes save when you click Save.
02 — Email
- Enter the new address.
- Click Send verification code.
- Open the new inbox and copy the 6-digit code.
- Enter the code in settings and click Verify code.
03 — Notifications
Per-category switches for each channel — in-app, email, push, and SMS. Order confirmations and receipts are always delivered in-app, and SMS unlocks once you verify a phone number. Full details in notification settings.
