Digital tickets
QR codes, wallet passes, and what to show at the door.
Every Ithas Fire ticket is a QR code. Bring it on your phone, in your wallet app, or printed on paper — any of them work.
Where to find your tickets
- Web app: /my-tickets — always the source of truth
- Mobile app: open Tickets or Profile to see ticket codes, statuses, and scan details grouped by order
- Email: your confirmation email has a direct link
- Wallet: click Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet on the order detail page
At the door
Venue staff scan the QR code. Keep your screen at full brightness to help the scanner read through any glare.
Paper backup
Open the web order detail page and print the ticket view from your browser. The printed QR scans the same way as on screen.
Transferred tickets
When you transfer a ticket, the original QR is invalidated at the moment of transfer. Only the recipient's new code works at the door.
Rejected at the door?
If your QR scans as already-used, it usually means either someone scanned it before you, or the ticket was transferred to another account. Contact the organiser via the event page's Contact organiser link — they have tools to re-issue tickets.
