Manage your orders
View orders, download tickets, add to a wallet, transfer, or resell.
All your purchases live at /my-tickets on the web. Tabs split them into Upcoming and Past. In the mobile app, open Tickets or Profile to see ticket codes and statuses grouped by order.
Order detail
Click any order to open its detail page. You'll see:
- Event name, date, and venue
- Status badge —
Succeeded,Part refunded,Refunded,Pending,Cancelled, orDisputed - Each ticket with its QR code
- Actions: Add to Apple Wallet, Add to Google Wallet, Transfer, Request refund, Resell (when the organiser allows it)
Add to a wallet
Click Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet. Ithas Fire generates the pass and your phone's wallet app opens to import it. Once imported, the ticket lives in your wallet and updates automatically if the event changes.
Transfer a ticket
Click Transfer on a ticket. Search the recipient by email, confirm, and Ithas Fire sends them the ticket as a new order in their own account. The original QR is invalidated at the moment of transfer — only the new owner can check in.
Request a refund
Click Request refund on the order. Ithas Fire checks eligibility automatically (event hasn't started, not already refunded, organiser hasn't paid out yet). If eligible, the refund is processed back to your original payment method.
Resell a ticket
When the organiser enables resale, a Resell action appears on each eligible ticket. See resale marketplace for the full flow — eligibility, fees, and the 3-day buyer-protection window that holds seller payouts.
