Contacting support and using the chat
Reach a person through the in-app chat bubble, or by email — and how replies get back to you.
Need a hand with something a help article doesn't cover? There's a chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of most pages. Send us a message and we'll reply when we can — usually within a business day.
Using the chat
- Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.
- Type your question and press Send.
- Our reply appears right there in the chat. A small badge on the bubble tells you when there's a new message waiting.
The conversation stays open across visits, so you can close the chat and come back later to read the reply — on the same device or another one. The badge clears once you've opened the chat and seen the new messages.
You need to be signed in
The chat is for signed-in accounts only. Signing in links the conversation to your orders and tickets, which lets us help faster and keeps your messages private to you.
If you open the chat while signed out, you'll see a prompt to sign in plus an email address you can write to instead.
Prefer email?
You can always reach us by email at [email protected]. We reply within one business day. Include your order ID if your question is about a specific purchase.
What the chat is not for
- Refunds and order changes — start from your orders; many actions are self-serve. See managing your orders.
- Payment problems — the payment issues article resolves the most common ones faster than chat.
